Sparking Joy

These pups don’t need much to spark joy in their lives:

What do you do? For me it’s eating healthy food and getting a variety of exercise. I stream videos when I exercise, so it’s fun to do.

Tearful eyes of joy!! What an awesome, loving, joyful video! (Love it all, but that husky at the curb actually had great rhythm along either the background music)

Fun for me is just sitting on the couch with Phil. And of course, shopping! Cute video! Dogs can have more joy because they have no concept of worrying about the future. Too bad we can’t be more like that.

We can…it takes practice but it’s well worth it. Nowadays there’s an abundance of information about things to try. It’s our choice.

What a sweet video. Loved seeing all the joyful dogs. I guess for me it would be crafting that brings me joy

I can’t stop smiling and it smiled all the way through and giggled out loud at some of them. We all need to act like dogs

I was prepared to say, mine’s a toss-up between dogs and music. Then I watched this darling clip and all bets are off. ‘Thinking how wonderful a mud bath would feel. 🙂
