Sugar Cookies II

Do you remember the sugar cookies Kaitlin baked? She and Torben aren’t cookie eaters so she sent them to Andy. She told me he would be proud that she wrapped them his way — tons of shipping tape. We didn’t tell him they were coming, and I told her I would take pictures when they got here. She didn’t expect they would be in one piece because she shipped them in a shoe box, so we were curious to see what they looked like.

It took Andy four minutes to unwrap the box…I took over 50 pictures of the process and then uploaded them to a Flickr album.

The cookies turned out fine. Most were unbroken and even the broken ones were in big pieces.

We don’t have to be physically together to build strong memories.

Thank you, Kaitlin!

  1. What a cute story, plus pictures…. -smile-

    Greetings from
    the North Pole…

  2. love the story and the unwrapping – some priceless expressions from Andy – would’ve loved the voice additions – and that was a quick arrival as I know the cookies weren’t too long ago, baked!

Andy’s expressions are precious! Neat you thought to document the whole process. I’m giggling, on account Tom has said he suspects I hold stock in 3M. More (tape) is always better!
