Wildflowers

Andy said I was being unfair to the wildflowers when I implied that all flowers had to be protected by cages up on the land. He was right, of course.

Hang in there little wildflowers. We’re rooting for you!

  3. Ginny Hartzler says:

i LOVE wildflowers! How are the cages hurting them?

  4. Ann Thompson says:

    They’re all so pretty. I’ve never seen a wildflower I didn’t like

  5. MadSnapper says:

i will always choose wildflowers over cultivated, no roses or ochids for me, just bring on any of these flowers in your photos

  6. Hootin' Anni says:

Pretty. In a way…”rooting for you” is a play on words. Let their seeds flourish and “root” elsewhere & multiply.

  7. Myra Guca says:

Wildflowers will always be my favorite!

  8. Catalyst says:

I too smiled at the expression “rooting for you”. Perhaps a double meaning, eh?

    • Jean says:

I’m afraid I’m clueless about play on words. People have to point them out to me, then I get it. Usually. 🙂

  9. love the variety … probably need to get some more…to fill in the gaps

    what’s growing? in the greenhouse?

    • Jean says:

We probably should sprinkle some more, but Andy is up to his ears. He hasn’t even had time to play in the greenhouse much.
