We’re having an air quality alert now because of all the wildfires here in the West. So far it hasn’t been too bad. Fingers crossed for everyone affected.
I’m writing this in the car in Santa Fe while waiting for Andy to get his latest eye treatment. So far the treatments have been working…fingers crossed for that too.

We had alerts all last week due to the smoke from the fires. They did a good job of making my head hurt all week:( But it could be worse, I could be living where those fires are.

What is going on with his eyes? Oh gosh, I hope you are not close to any of those big fires!
He has macular degeneration in both eyes but so far they’ve managed to keep the eyes stable. We’re grateful.
The fires aren’t very close to us, but a lot of the West is burning. 🙁

We have a lot of wildfires here in NI, in the Mourne Mountains especially, and air pollution in the UK generally is said to be far too high. We lived next to a high-pollution road in London some years ago but so far it doesn’t seem to have affected our health.
