When we went up to the land Saturday afternoon/evening we picked squash, cucumbers, and beans from the greenhouse.
And we measured one of the squash leaves. It was over 20″ wide.

I had been wondering what those huge leaves are. Do you feed them? Maybe that is the reason?
Andy did fertilize them in the beginning, but not since they started taking off.
what a difference from last year to this! and even last year it was great.
what fun! xo
Yes, it’s great fun. 😀
Wow, everything is growing like crazy in the green house.
Yes. 🙂
Wow! I’m totally impressed.
🙂
That handsome gardener should be very proud!!!
He’s happy, and don’t forget, Kaitlin did the organizing and planting. It’s a family project.
The master gardener in his realm. That greenhouse has proven to be a great joy.
It really has. It was Kaitlin and Torben’s idea, so it’s another bonding experience.
Kaitlin what a great beginning, setting it all up. Andy caring as much as possible….Greenhouse you’ve delivered +++
Building it was a great thing to do. More great family memories.
It’s a jungle in there! I love it.
🙂
I am so very much in love with your Mountaintop Retreat and all those vegetables and these photos are just absolutely gorgeous. What beautiful plants. My cousin is a farmer and I could drive to where his farm is but it’s an hour drive so we never go there.
That’s about how long it takes to drive up to our place. Driving home in the dark takes a lot longer because we have to slow down in case deer or elk run across the road.
Wow! I’m remembering your not-so-long-ago post showing Kaitlin laying down the seeds. What a juxtaposition to Photo #3! Life is good.
Three months makes a big difference!
Just one word! Wow!!
😀
