The biggest squash is over 14 inches long, but it was still hidden under the leaves of the plant. It was edible, so no complaints.

I wish I liked squash more than I do. I worse than a kid about veggies.
but it’s wonderful that you and Andy enjoy All your produce! xo
Andy doesn’t like. it, but I do. 🙂
Wow! So are the big ones just as tasty as the tiny ones?
They don’t have as much flavor, but I eat them anyway.
I like squaw if someone else is fixing it.
🙂
like many good food things, often no flavour at all, so they are added into the mixture as such. And as parents who want their children to eat more veg, it’s that hidden aspect that wins for them…
Yes, mixing them with other things is a good way to go. 🙂
Oh, my! It probably grew overnight!
They are funny. 🙂
wow, that’s a big one. Now I’m hungry for some zucchini bread
🙂
i like zucchini but I mixed it in with my favorite of all squash, yellow crook neck. I was raised on veggies but cooked the southern way, and that is the only way i can eat them. every veggie was stewed with bacon fat.. now I use butter..
You’re making me hungry. 😀
This feels almost like an Easter egg hunt!
It’s very similar. 🙂
That would make a lot of zucchini bread:)
🙂
Believe it or not, I slice(very thinly)and put it on veggie pizza. It’s good!!
That’s sounds like a great way to use it. 🙂
