Some Snow, No Walk

Andy had some snow up there yesterday.

It wasn’t deep except for the drift he had to drive through between the greenhouse and the house.

It was 24°F and the wind was blowing so he didn’t go for a walk. He worked on his electronic circuits inside, where it was warm.

It looks like just enough to be pretty, but not cause too much trouble.

He had a little trouble with the Jeep slipping and sliding on the way up, so he used chains today. Partly to be super cautious and partly to practice putting them on when the weather wasn’t miserable.

Snow just makes everything look like a different world.

we might “might with a capital M!” get a flurry of snow over the weekend.
tonight it might come as rain. we haven’t had any moisture in Way Too Long!

  4. Ann Thompson says:

I would have skipped the walk too. The older I get the less I like the snow. Even so, it still looks pretty when you see it in pictures or only have to look at it through a window.

  5. MadSnapper says:

It does make everything look beautiful! And I do love his Jeep. Too cold for walking for sure and the wind would make it even colder

  6. And that sky looks like Mother Nature has more in store! I’m guessing it’s dry down in the townsite? Stay safe!
    Oh, and Happy New Year!

  7. Andy sure knows how to play well in the snow.

  8. Cindi says:

It’s supposed to start snowy tonight and the weekend has snow warnings.
    Sigh….
Xmas Eve it was in the 60’s
