Memories and Contrast

I’m not sure why, and I don’t care enough to figure it out, but every once in a while an old picture pops up on my iPad. This one came up yesterday.

It’s a picture of my mom picking daffodils in front of our old house in 1990. The memory warms my heart.

This is taken from a different angle, but it’s what that area looks like now.

Trees make a big difference, don’t they?

Happy Thanksgiving!
