I Agree With This One!

I’m a Mediator/Peacemaker on both the 16personalities test that we talked about a few days ago and on the Enneagram, another way of looking at personality. We Mediators tend to be patient and accepting, love harmony, and avoid fights. But that doesn’t mean we let ourselves get pushed around by rude, aggressive people.

That’s why I laughed when I read this,

Someone just honked at me to get out of my parking spot faster, so now I have to sit here until both of us are dead.

That works for me.

I LOVE that comment, and it suits me too. I will have to take these tests to see if I come out as Peacemaker/Mediator as well, because that sounds just like me. I always say during conflicts, “I’m a child of the 60s, and I’m not happy unless everyone is getting along.” It has never helped with my conflict-ridden sister, though!

    Rofl…gotta love the attitude!!

  3. Unfortunately, I’d be the type to apologize all over the place for taking so long. Maybe one day I’ll grow a spine.

Non resistance to prove a point!

I liked the one who, when honked at, turned off the car, got out and walked back to the honker, and said, “You wanted something?” Not safe to actually do that, though.

I’ve been saving a meme about that for some time. I don’t know why.

If someone honked at me to make me go faster I go slower

LOL, Love that and it sounds like something I would do.

  9. definitely not safe to get into any sort of “road mentality” – a nice young man, who had a minor prang is now dead – after 2 teenagers stabbed him to death – then hot footed out of there, whilst residents rushed out of their homes to try and safe the nice young man. The teenagers were found and are now before the courts!

yesterday, a first for me – I finally got off a bus at a random stop after a shouting match which had one dude take of his jacket, a lot of swearing most of the F-word and finger pointing. I was honestly scared, and it was easier to ring the bell, and get off. I was on a route with many buses…

and it was a case of out the back door as these 2 dudes were in the aisle between back and driver/front door…
