    I am not surprised. But I thought it might be something a bit smaller.

      Years a go we would have to walk along all our above-ground plastic water pipes to patch the holes. Rodents would chew holes, presumably to get water.

  2. Makes sense! But it sounds like the damage was accidental; I was wondering if they could smell the water and chewed the line to get a drink.

      We think the damage this time was accidental. In the past we’ve had trouble with rodents and we think they were trying to get some water.

    It’s a blessing you have your husband who can fix all things. I can imagine those sharp Hooves can put a hole in just about anything that’s in the ground. He sure has plenty to do now that the snow is gone
