    Most people seemed to be having fun with it. I liked the two men one either side of the one woman sliding her across the street. All I can think is “that’s gotta hurt”…lo

    one lady towards the front part, did a leg split that would cripple me for weeks, i would not have done this even when young. I have a bad sense of balance, even as a child. struggled to ride a bike, kept falling over, tried to skate, never got to where I could roller skate without falling. they look like they are having fun. I follow a friend in Sweden and she did 2 posts about her trying to walk to the food store last week, it was like this. but she is of the age she uses spikes on her shoes and two poles and stays indoor if she can

    How this makes me cringe!
    Funny, I don’t recall our sidewalks ever icing over like this. The only times I fell and sprained my wrist were down at the skating rink. (Spent many a night in an Ace bandage after my mother applied that ghastly HEAT ointment.)
