Snowing and Melting

It was lightly snowing when I took these pictures yesterday morning. It was also above freezing, so the new snow melted right away.

Up in the mountains it was another matter. Andy didn’t even try to go up the past three days.

  1. wow

no snow here of course, one night and early morning it was quite cold – the heater in my room, I’d never used and it didn’t work how I assumed it would – I now understanding it’s “mind set” but then I haven’t needed it again! I suspect I shall have to soon as the overnight temps are dropping

so sorry Andy can’t get to his favorite place to spend his days.. hope the snow stops soon and he can gain access. I know you are happy to see it melting in your parking lot and the basketball court too..

It snowed here last night and the ground is covered again. We have snow in the forecast for most of the week.

I think of March being windy and dry. I don’t know if the change is climate weirding or a faulty memory. 🙂

  4. Hope Spring arrives soon for you.

I don’t mind cold weather, it’s warm temperatures I have trouble with. When it’s like this I say, “In no time I’ll be whining about the heat.” 🙂

    So where is this?

  6. Looks just like what I woke up to today.

  7. I usually don’t mind seeing snow at other places!

I think my earlier comment was ‘eaten up’ …. but I really like the roadrunner silhouette on your balcony!

It is better to be safe than sorry….since my fall a few years ago, I am all about staying in if there is chance of a wreck or a fall. We had flurries yesterday. It is supposed to get into the 50s today but the wind is fierce and feels as if it came from an iceberg.
