Along our walk we pass a house that has a border about 25 feet long that is all peonies. Mom noticed today that they were full and healthy-looking. When they bloom, we will see if she can capture a photo.
I love daffodills and met my first peony in my work office back in 2005.. someone got 3 of them in a vase and I had never seen one… can’t wait to see this one bloom
I haven’t looked but I think my daffodils are pretty much done. Your peoni is growing fast.
One is — I wonder why it is and the other two aren’t. As usual, we will have to see.
I am wondering what color the peony will be…will be fun to wait and see.
Yes, that’s part of the fun. Andy just ordered five more of different colors, but they won’t be shipped until the fall.

Woos, Lightning and Timber
That would be great. That’s a lot of peonies!
awesome news on the peony ….grow little one, and don’t forget the flowers…
We’ll have to see. We’ve been up there too long not to realize all sorts of things can happen — but fingers crossed.

We will have to see, and we will let you know. Either way it’s blog fodder. 🙂
You have way too many daffodils for them to be an accidental planting. I think someone did you a random act of kindness prank.
Torben gave Andy a big bag of bulbs a few years ago — Andy planted them and waters them.
