Fingers Crossed!

Kaitlin, Torben and the pups arrive tonight — we will see them tomorrow morning. They had hoped to spend tomorrow night through Friday up on the land, but there’s a chance we may be snowed out.

Andy just wrote:

It is Winter up here and I need to dig the gate out again, so I’m leaving a bit early again. 3:13

And even more snow is forecast:

Fahrenheit:

Celcius:

Update: It’s now about 4:40 and Kaitlin says they are still in Colorado driving in heavy snow. They were supposed to get here about 6 pm (they wanted to avoid the drunk drivers on the way from Santa Fe) but will probably not get here until around 10. Yuck!

yes “yuck” seems the best response…as for the snow at the land, another big “wow” and “yuck to shovelling it” (Andy)…

Well, that is too bad. But better to drive carefully and be safe. We hope the rest of the trip goes well. Send us poor Sibes some of that snow – we got lots of rain instead.

    Happy New Year!
