Sometimes It Pays to Ask Again

I contacted Wondrium again to remind them how frustrating it was to have to sign in every time, and they told me how I could watch programs without having to do that. They’ve also fixed the watchlist problem and are waiting for approval from Roku. So things are looking up.

I do stream on other channels, but Great Courses Plus/Wondrium expands my mental horizons and makes it interesting. Yes, it would have been nice if they had told me about the sign-in solution earlier, but I like them enough to cut them some slack.

Fingers crossed!

We agree – that was very good customer service, even if it was a little delayed:)

It looks socomplicated, I’m sure I could never work it!

I know how you value Great Courses Plus!
    Wondrium.
I personally think they should have stayed with the first name!
maybe Wondrium sounds more futuristic to them?
anyway… so glad it’s back and easier for you to access now. xo

They’re adding a lot more content, some of it not as academic as the ones for The Great Courses Plus. For instance, the story of Cary Grant, who had a hard childhood. and didn’t deal with it until years after he was first successful.

Glad you got a solution. I’ve never liked things that I have to log into every time I use them.

It was a real nuisance. It’s easier if you have a keyboard than to have to move the cursor from one letter to another.

…sometimes, it’s all about who you “talk” to.

I think that most of the time when we finally work our way through the system that drives me crazy and get to a person the answers we get depends on whom we get. You got the right one the second time
