Defensible Space

Andy has been spending a lot of time clearing the defensible space around our buildings. He’s completed most of the area, but now he’s working on the steep easterly slope. It’s going slowly because he has to be careful not to fall.

Ya…don’t fall!!! Does it get too hot for him, working? Or has the humidity been curtailed now?

  2. Ann Thompson says:

That doesn’t look like an easy job and I imagine the steep slope makes it even harder.

  3. Ginny+Hartzler says:

    Looks kind of dangerous!

  4. and Andy is careful – and he’s doing a great job – considering that the recent forest fire didn’t reach anything technical like the buildings – go Andy

  5. Best to expect the unexpected!

it is good he still walks that uneven ground, Bob has gotten to the place he can hardly walk in the uneven grass, the parts of our bodies need to be used and Andy sure gets plenty of practice. when I saw defensible space, i thought Andy is like the guys that pioneered our country. they were constantly fighting back the trees and brush also sharpening trees to make forts to defend from other humans. Pioneer On Andy

  7. He certainly is a go getter. He’s doing a great job and I pray that he stays safe while doing this.
